Nasheej, who has the highest BHB rating of these, is bound to be popular with backers especially having run third in the Fillies' Mile when last seen but the form of that race has not worked out well and she is bred to want further so preference is for Cantabria, who gets the vote ahead of Short Dance. The last mentioned is closely matched with the selection on their running here last October but the Barry Hills-trained filly was doing all of her best work late on that day and may already want further so Cantabria is taken to reverse the form over seven furlongs today. Jeremy Noseda's In The Fashion has some solid form to her name and is probably better than she showed on her final start at The Curragh but the stable's horses have been slow to come to hand this term so she may be best watched. Andre Fabre's Arrivee may want a softer surface, while Strut needs to improve on all known form to trouble Cantabria, who gets the vote.
