Verdict

Polly Pott wasn’t given a hard time in the 1000 Guineas once beaten though is penalised for last year’s success in the May Hill at Doncaster. Queen Of Fairies and Inner Space struggled in Pattern company on their respective reappearances and the latter’s stablemate Lmay finished runner-up at Haydock on her debut. But WARM HEART made short work of the opposition upped to today’s trip at Leopardstown earlier in the month and it would be no surprise if the Ballydoye filly proves up to Listed level at least. Kempton runner-up Crack Of Light drops back down in trip while Salisbury novice winner Bluestocking has a string of fancy entries.
