Several have Group race entries later in the year and make their handicap debuts for powerful yards. Desert Hero returns to action having won in testing going last term while Exoplanet finished second here to the subsequent Lingfield Derby Trial winner. BERTINELLI also found one too good on his reappearance at Cork but the winner, Alder, placed in the Listed Dee Stakes last week and the Ballydoyle colt may prove the one to side with. Bold Act wasn’t at his best last time though has been gelded since while Royal Rhyme has been raised 10lb for winning a handicap on soft going at Newmarket. Have Secret and Loyal Touch have also won handicaps and Frankie rides the latter while Old Smoke, Lieber Power and Forca Timao are others with plenty of scope.
