Several of these ran in the Listed race won by Mountain Angel at Royal Ascot. His stablemate Prince Eiji fared best but was only just ahead of Extra Elusive. Fox Tal was further behind and Walkinthesand and Dream Castle never figured. Roger Varian’s runner has been gelded since, however. Global Giant met trouble in-running at Sandown and may well recoup losses while Pablo Escobarr can’t be ignored. But the strong-travelling FAYLAQ may be suited by a first try over this trip and could be the value in a competitive contest.
