In depth
Verdict
Thakana was only beaten a head at Lingfield and can win an ordinary maiden but she wears her owner's second colours today. Paul Hanagan prefers the newcomer NARMIN which points to her running a big race and she gets the vote. Glanely and Shady McCoy are other debutants to keep an eye on for any significant support but You're The Boss sets the standard on his earlier third at Newmarket. Saxon Soldier will no doubt improve on his fifth at Windsor with Joseph O'Brien taking over the reins and could prove best of the remainder.
