Much as Didnt We was slightly disappointing at Windsor last time, a combination of being sharper now and racing in blinkers for the first time leads us to give him another chance. With Malapropism possibly looking as though the edge has gone off him, The Jobber, who won this race last year from a two-pounds lower rating, could be one to give him a race. Cashel Mead needs a career best (excluding 2004) to score, while the lightly-raced Great Fox could be open to some improvement although he lacks a recent run. From his current rating, you could not rule out a show from Fizzlephut, and Triskaidekophobia is dropping to a more realistic mark now and would hold claims if recapturing his juvenile form, while Cheney Hill is a lightly-raced three-year-old that could be coming here on a fair rating. Overall, though, Didnt We can lead the way home.
