Magnetic North is a dual course winner, the latest from 1lb lower last April. Vee Dancer, who completed a hat-trick over hurdles in December 2021, made all over two miles at Dundalk last month but has been hit with a 9lb rise. SECRET ROCK (NAP) showed nothing in five starts on the Flat nor in his first three runs over hurdles but it was a different matter when well supported at Wexford earlier this month where he won with plenty in hand. He reverts to the level on what could prove a very lenient mark. Black Hawk Eagle, placed three times last summer, won over timber at Roscommon in September though could just need this but the lightly-raced Paradise Lost has run well over hurdles on heavy ground this winter and the conditions can see him in contention.
