Verdict
SCOTT LANG is up 6lb for beating Derrinlaur over the track and trip last month but was eased down in the closing stages and can confirm the form. Female Approach, who finished two lengths off the winner in third, didn't get the best of runs and should get closer. Vischio scored twice over hurdles last summer and reappeared after a long break to land a Gowran handicap over slightly further than this earlier this month. She's up 8lb but has to be a threat while Rich Belief and Scarpeta both won over hurdles last time and have to be respected. Buckman Tavern won over the trip at Leopardstown last July and will have found 1m2f much too short on his reappearance.
