Sizzling is comfortably the pick on official ratings though she lacks scope and was beaten a long way into last in the 1000 Guineas. Her stable companion SOUTHERN FRANCE has an entry in the Queen's Vase so stamina is his strongpoint as we saw when he landed a Leopardstown maiden over 1m4f last weekend when National Security was seven lengths behind. He'll need to improve again but his presence here suggests he's expected to do so. Drapers Guild takes a step up in class and distance after landing a Dundalk maiden while Whirling Dervish was receiving 7lb when beaten in a four-horse race at Cork, though the remainder were well behind.
