Zekarya scored over fences at Gowran in February and can revert to hurdling on a much lower mark. Sir Ector, winner of last year's November Handicap at Leopardstown, is well up to this sort of level and he should get into the action under his claiming rider but Too Scoops has been doing better over fences. Black Spot On went up 7lb for his victory at Naas and couldn't quite cope at Punchestown but that was a better race than this so he should be competitive. Luddsdenene has been in good form and has run well on his last two starts on this track while it wouldn't be a shock if Norah Starr returned to her good form of last year. SHABRA'S BERTOLINI landed a novices' event at Punchestown before a fine run at Clonmel behind Stay With It. His rider's claim is a bonus and he's taken to return to winning ways.
