With Old Town Garde set to race at Fairyhouse yesterday, NOBLE YEATS can make a successful hurdles debut. Just beaten in a point at Ballindenisk in December 2019, he won a Thurles bumper in January before well beaten when stepped up to Grade 2 level at Leopardstown. This isn't certain to be a walk in the park, however, as Mr Josiey Wales won a maiden point at Castletown in October 2019 and the runner-up Boothill has won a bumper and scored easily over hurdles for Harry Fry. The third has won twice for Chris Gordon and the fourth has just completed a double over hurdles for Kerry Lee. Brandy Harbour is another winner between the flags but has shown little over timber.
