In depth

Verdict

SESKIN FLYER has been in fine form over fences all winter, his only moderate recent run coming over hurdles. He had Shrewdoperator behind when runner-up to another in-form performer All The Chimneys at Thurles and can return to winning ways. The main threat should come from Veinard, who was sent to Ayr for a novices' handicap last month where he duly obliged. That was only his fifth start over fences so he's entitled to improve though he's never been a prolific winner and the concession of so much weight to the selection looks beyond him. Crazywork De Vassy is the youngest in the line-up and looked a nice prospect when scoring at Down Royal in 2017. He was returning from a long break when producing a good run behind Dylrow at Fairyhouse in January and should be thereabouts.
