Fenta Des Obeaux, a winning bumper in France, has probably been finding the ground a bit too quick and any further rain would aid her cause. Her stable companion Formentera was held when falling at the last on her debut for the yard at Fairyhouse and is another who would enjoy softer going. Advanced Virgo won his last two starts on the Flat in the UK last summer and Charles Byrnes will get the best from him and the stable also run Institution, who will have come on for his run at Naas. Christopher Robin, a winner on the Flat for Aidan O'Brien, put a moderate hurdling debut behind him with a much better effort at Gowran though dual Flat winner Coolongolook wasn't too far behind in that latter event and can get closer. Madrid won a Thurles maiden for Aidan O'Brien in October and Rachael Blackmore is an eye-catching booking but VOLATILE LADY looks the one to be on after finishing runner-up to Way Back Home at Fairyhouse as the winner landed a Grade 3 at Fairyhouse last week when Our Legend was behind.
