Winning point-to-pointer Carbon Credit showed enough ability on ground much faster than he would have liked during the summer to suggest a race of this nature was within his capabilities. Inside Shadow stepped up to 2m6f at Down Royal a week ago and produced by far his best run to date and this longer trip should prove even more of an aid. Quaquo De Flotte began with a bumper success at Limerick a year ago but disappointed on his next start and pulled up on his hurdling debut. He's likely to do better but STAR NEUVILLE is taken to make a winning debut over timber. Shark Hanlon's charge, a winning point-to-pointer and bumper, ran well for a long way in the Champion Bumper at Cheltenham and looks just the type to make his mark at this game. Glibin was beaten a long way when stepped up to 2m3f at Downpatrick.
