RATTLING JEWEL had been out of sorts for a while, but has returned to form this year, recording creditable seconds at this course and the Curragh. He was beaten less than a length on each occasion and off his current mark, is the one to beat dropped in class. Shore Step is likely to give a good account of himself, but he’s now 12lb higher after successive wins and could struggle to follow up. Mr Shelby probably has something to find to beat the front two in the market, but is in good heart and can make the frame, while Count Of Carabass has place claims and Landline can also be competitive off his new mark.
