SONIC was a little keen on his debut under Rules at Ludlow but still shaped with plenty of promise. He may enjoy a fitness advantage over Town Head, who was possibly an unlucky loser at Wetherby in April when finishing eight lengths ahead of a subsequent dual winner. Karamoko was also second on debut, at Ayr, while the Trevor Hemmings-owned Colby could be one to note for future reference.
