Toy Top was a ready winner last time and assuming that the ground doesn't turn soft, Michael Dods' mare is fancied to win again at the main expense of Raccoon, Highland Song and Wicked Wilma. The selection comes here on the back of an impressive win at Thirsk. She likes quick ground so wouldn't want any rain but she goes well on flat tracks and is unlikely to be far away despite a 9lb rise in the weights. Raccoon has a turn around in the weights and three lengths to find on their recent clash, whilst Alfie Lee ran well in defeat last time but at eleven he is past his best. Jojesse is only four and should not be ruled out, especially now returned to the turf, whilst Highland Song rarely runs a bad race but then again he rarely wins. Alan Berry's sprinters have been going well of late and now returned to a flatter track, Wicked Wilma could be capable of a much better showing that at Beverley last time, however we fancy Toy Top to win again.
