Verdict

Newcomer INFANTA is preferred here to Tatiana Romanova. The Godolphin team are not regular visitors to the Scottish track by any means and so it is interesting that this Cape Cross filly makes the long journey from Suffolk today. The stable's two-year-olds are running well and if the market agrees then it may be worth chancing her first time up. Tatiana Romanova has two solid runs to her name, although she was a tad disappointing last time out at Kempton. The step up in trip today should suit judging by the way she has run and she should go well. Rubicon Bay showed nothing on his debut in a decent York maiden, whilst Dead Womans Pass and Charity Fair are rated in the 40's and have proven themselves to be very modest. Brink completes the line-up; she defied her price of 40/1 when third at Catterick last time out however that looks a weak race and she needs to improve. This lies between two runners and it is newcomer Infanta who gets the nod.
