    Verdict

Idler has been knocking on the door in maidens but doesn't look particularly well handicapped on his first appearance in a nursery. Profile Star returns from a break but I'll Be Good has to go on the short-list having won at Catterick and Hamilton recently, though both of those victories came on soft going. FREE ZONE made no impression in the Listed Two-Year-Old Trophy at Redcar last time but can be forgiven that effort. His earlier form in maidens and handicaps looks rock-solid and should be capable of defying top weight in this. Hanagan has been booked for Regal Lady but she never figured at Redcar on Monday having missed the break.
