Royal Bonsai carries a penalty for his win at Market Rasen in August but has been in action on the Flat recently and looks sure to give another good account. Another For Joe should improve on his fourth at Uttoxeter while Luggers Hall was second on his hurdling debut at Galway, though looked a little one-paced when only fourth at Chepstow. There are several newcomers to note here, however, including the lightly-raced Polytrack winner Ishikawa and Richard Fahey's Philharmonic Hall. But the latter was a long way behind UNKNOWN REBEL over 1m3f at Hamilton in August and Kevin Ryan's charge, who has won four times on the Flat this year, can make a winning start to his hurdling career.
