Ravi River is sure to be popular here, finishing just ahead of Amno Dancer when chasing home subsequent winner Hit's Only Jude over this C&D at the start of the month before finding only French Art too good at Newcastle. The seven-year-old is 3lb higher now, however, and has only won once on turf. Mr Emirati has been disappointing on the all-weather while Casino Night would prefer a softer surface and is likely to need his first run of the new campaign. Glenluji also returns from a break so we'll take a chance on THE GILLIE, who has had his problems but is unlikely to have been kept in training unless Richard Fahey though him capable of winning races. The first attempt at a mile will suit and he's not badly treated in his first handicap.
