In depth

Verdict

Recent winners Battyeford Boy and Sun Rising are both carrying penalties and that may have opened the door for others, though the former has a 3lb claimer lessening his additional burden and the latter appears to hold Do It Today on Beverley running. Gangway is respected stepping up to a mile but SPARKA gets the nod as she was keeping on when fourth at Nottingham and has dropped a pound since.
