      Verdict

Kieth Dalgleish has trained two of the last three winners and Jacob Black would have a chance if back to his best having struggled at Chester last time. Pepys’ winning run came to an end at Redcar last month but he returns to 7f today and could figure along with Make Me. But the latter has placed on his last five outings now and SMUGGLERS CREEK is preferred on a recent third at Newcastle as the winner has subsequently gone in again. Jockey bookings suggest Inviolable Spirit has a better chance than stablemate The Right Choice though neither make much appeal on recent form.
