An open handicap and slight preference is for Zahour Al Yasmeen ahead of Malapropism and Guto. The selection has been running consistently well all season and this progressive filly looks sure to run well once again despite edging up the weights. She likes quick ground so wouldn't want any rain to fall, however now reunited with Matthew Davies and his seven pound claim, a big run looks imminent. Stablemate Malapropism knows all there is to know about the game having had 117 starts but he retains his enthusiasm for the game and cannot be ruled out. Sandwith comes here in good form but along with the out of form Strensall and Mr Lambros, has plenty of work to do from out of the handicap. Harry Up has been running consistently well of late but couldn't take advantage of the drop down into claiming company last time up, whilst First Order shaped with more va-va-voom last time out and will be a danger if repeating that run. Inspainagain was never at the races last time out at Thirsk but can be rated better than that, whilst Guto just bumped into one too good at Catterick and if turned out quickly could run another decent race. A typically open handicap and preference is for Zahour Al Yasmeen.
