        Verdict

        Tilly's Dream is preferred to Bond Boy and Compton Classic. The selection had been knocking on the door for some time but as a filly in form, the daughter of Arkadian Hero looks to have plenty of positives at a track she likes and we afford her as the nomination. Bond Boy was scheduled to turn up at Beverley on Saturday so it remains to be seen as to whether the back-runner will be taking today's engagement. Compton Classic ran an uncharacteristically awful race at Hamilton on his latest outing but can be forgiven that run as it obtained on horrific going. Toy Top is potentially well treated in relation to his old marks. Rothesay Dancer invariably runs well without winning. Ptarmigan Ridge has shown signs of returning to form and should not be ignored in the event of support. Sea Salt is returned to this trip following unsuccessful forays over six. Tilly's Dream has conditions in her favour and receives the nod.
