Verdict

Dieu Benisse landed a novices' hurdle at Ffos Las for Nicky Henderson and ran reasonably well for new connections at Kelso in October. Gemologist has had 22 career starts without winning but ran her best race for a very long time here last month. Princess Nearco beat three rivals in a very slowly-run race at Southwell but has run poorly in two subsequent starts but LADY SAMBACK completed a double in the spring on good ground and, providing there's no ease, looks certain to make a bold bid so gets the nod. Wise Coco landed a Perth handicap in September but has found it tough from her new mark subsequently.
