        Verdict

        Many of these ran in the opening race of the new season here a fortnight ago won by the outsider Comicality. TARBAWI, who started odds-on and finished third, was comfortably the highest rated in that race as he is here and should take this as he will be suited by the longer trip. Gulf Of Alaska was 2l behind in fifth, Bravo Ragazzo a further 4l back in seventh, followed by Daar Rashid, Returning Hero, White City and Constans. The selection should have few problems confirming the form while the remainder, with the exception of Earth Tour who has shown ability on a few occasions, look decidedly moderate.
