Delegator has never quite lived up to his early reputation but he was still good enough to land the Group 2 Duke Of York last May though he was well beaten on his final two starts. REROUTED, a very useful performer for the Hills family, has joined Mike De Kock and made an eye-catching first start here behind Hitchens when he stayed on very strongly from the rear over 6f on Tapeta. He'll be better for the run and looks well enough weighted to take this. Captain Obvious finished in front of him in that latter race and like most Singapore-based runners has been in great form. Ryan Moore was the regular partner of the consistent Dux Scholar when the four-year-old was trained by Sir Michael Stoute and is on board again as his mount has joined Herman Brown. However, he's better over further and will probably need the run but the useful France-trained sprinter Spectacle Du Mars is one to keep an eye on after a fair debut here last month, a remark that also applies to Silver Ocean, who finished strongly behind African Story.
