Last year's UAE Derby has worked out very well and Musir won it comfortably. He's got bigger fish to fry later in the Carnival but Mike De Kock will have him right for this. The South African also saddles Imbongi, who bounced right back with a fine second to the classy Mendip a month ago when subsequent winner Win For Sure was third. BANKABLE landed a Grade 2 on turf here a year ago beating Imbongi by a short-head. He's 3lb worse off but looked as good as ever behind Our Giant last month and those who saw that run, over a trip well short of his best, will know it will have brought him to concert pitch for this. Cat Junior landed a Grade 3 here last year and raced at a higher level throughout his UK campaign. He needed a couple of runs to put him straight a year ago and that could be the case here. Skysurfers started odds-on when beaten over four lengths by Cat Junior that day and is no better off but Green Coast, who was just behind, has the benefit of a nice pipe-opener and should go well.
