        Verdict

        Invincible Ash and SOLE POWER finished 1-2 in this last year from different sides of the track. They have had very similar preparations this time around but Eddie Lynam's charge may have been a bit unlucky a year ago and is handed the vote this time. Monsieur Joe was close up a year ago and along with stablemate Spirit Quartz is expected to give a good account but the main threat could come from Shea Shea. Mike De Kock's charge, a Group 1 winner in South Africa, started favourite on his debut here at the end of January but looked in need of the run and could only finish mid-division behind Medicean Man and Russian Soul. With that under his belt he's taken to reverse the form with the front pair.
