Verdict

Kevin Shea replaces Christophe Soumillon on SOLID CHOICE on Mike De Kock's charge. Soumillon was probably holding his mount up on his first attempt at 1m2f this campaign last time but the winner had long gone by the time Soumillon was alert to the situation and all chance had gone. A winner over 7f in January, this is probably his best trip and compensation awaits. Dahteer, who won twice as a juvenile in 2004 for Mick Channon, has a fine career record of 8-38 and though better at Jebel Ali he has run very well here in the past and must be a major threat. Jedi is likely to find this too short and Mujaazef is more of a danger as he ran well behind Dahteer on his debut at Jebel Ali and was by no means disgraced in Listed company here last month when Frosty Secret was behind.
