SOBEGRAND (NAP) regrettably never achieved his potential on the Flat for the Gosdens but Olly Murphy has been able to secure a prize over hurdles with the four-year-old and this is a race that doesn't have a great deal of quality within it. Baikal was rated at a similar mark to the likely favourite on the Flat and he too attempts to give a winners' penalty away for a surprise strike at Worcester. Cheltenam De Vaige has been a winner between the flags and is a very old novice at the spritely age of eleven. Sforza Castle represents a yard carrying all before it in recent months while Buck Of Maine exhibited a degree of promise in a Newton Abbot bumper and is noteworthy here.
