    Verdict

Gracie Stansfield and Gamekeeper Bill finished almost upsides at Huntingdon earlier this month and were well ahead of Lots Ov but the pair have a lot to find with second Normal Norman. Mick Channon's filly RIPPLING WATERS is a half-sister to a hurdles winner in France and gets the nod ahead of fellow newcomers Grand Sancey and Lady Maleficent, whose breeding may be less suited to a race like this.
