The drop back in trip may help Silver Bow to return to the winner's enclosure, with I'm Your Man, High Country and Heversham others in with a shout. Silver Bow definitely has ability, and indeed is blessed with plenty of stamina judged on an easy win over 26 furlongs at Huntingdon earlier in the season, but Malcolm Jefferson's mare has since been beaten over a variety of trips on three subsequent outings. However, we feel that at present today's trip will suit, as will the return to a right-handed track, and although she would not want conditions any faster, is worth chancing in receipt of weight from I'm Your Man. The latter will also be suited by the trip and has solid form having won three of his last five starts, but he is plenty high enough in the handicap as a result. High Country ran a nice race when third over a shorter trip at Hexham and as that was only his second run since November, Micky Hammond's charge cannot be ruled out. Heversham never really got into his stride round the sharp Fakenham bends last time, but an earlier Kelso success puts him in the frame also. So, plenty in with chances then, but the consistent Silver Bow gets the vote.
