A modest handicap chase to finish the card and it may fall to Flaming Heck, with Lanmire Tower and Courage Under Fire the likely dangers. Lucy Normile's gelding was successful over a slightly shorter trip at Newcastle back in January, beating King's Bounty in comfortable style. He didn't jump well next time at Ayr, but if he gets his act together here he will be hard to beat off today's mark. Lanmire Tower easily landed a weaker race than this last time at Doncaster and must go close off his light weight, especially with a decent seven pound claimer on board. Meanwhile Courage Under Fire must come into the argument on his victory over Lanmire Tower last month. At the weights today there should be very little between them. Best of the remainder may be Dante Citizen, but if his jumping holds up, Flaming Heck will be hard to beat and he gets the verdict
