        Verdict

        Ashutor won twice on soft ground on the Flat in France just over a year ago and looks an ideal type for hurdling. However, he'll do very well to concede weight to DIEU BENISSE (NAP), who was challenging the long odds-on Posh Trish when coming down at the last at Wincanton and the winner has since scored in Listed company. Genius looks next best despite failing to build on his Southwell bumper success as none of the remainder make any appeal, though winning point-to-pointer Good Man Jim should improve for his run at Huntingdon.
