Decent form under rules is always invaluable in these events and both Inis Cara and Dancetillyoudrop qualify on that score. While the former has been a grade two chase to his name in Ireland and has contested a couple of Grand Nationals, he does prefer cut in the ground and is overlooked on that basis. Nevertheless, he still possesses much more ability than most of these and can run well. However, the selection vote goes to Dancetillyoudrop, who will relish the decent ground and will get the trip. The 12-year-old also goes well for Christian Williams and having had a bit of a blow on soft ground last time, he should be straight enough to land this prize. Be My Dream has been in great form lately and there is no reason to think that today will be any different. Second on his last three outings, the latest of those came after a decent break and should have sharpened him up for this. He should be thereabouts once again. Bright Approach shoulders top weight, and has the notable scalp of Barryscourt Lad on his CV. However, he finished 19 lengths adrift of the selection at Folkestone when last seen out and it looks a big ask to turn those tables here.
