Jonjo O'Neill and Alan Berry took this race last year and that partnership looks set to be successful again with GOOD COMPANY looking to have strong claims ahead of Cheeky Lad and Distant Thunder. Just about the best in at the weights the pick has looked like a future winner in this sphere after a couple of near misses in his last two runs. Cheeky Lad followed a course and distance success with a few decent efforts in handicap company last season. He has since switched yards and if fit on his return he should have every chance. Distant Thunder seems to have had his day but has placed on a few occasions in similar events recently. Connections reach for the tongue-tie to bring about improvement and he'll need to show more to win this. Emotional Article has a bit to prove after his last run in this company but has been back to form in the pointing arena but this race looks to be heading the way of Good Company.
