The new jumps season at Ludlow kicks off with a competitive claiming hurdle, that may fall to Sir Walter, Cybele Eria and Ziggy Zen look to be the main rivals. Dai Burchell's gelding landed a couple of handicaps last year and following three recent efforts should be spot on for this. He has improved with each run and finished an excellent second to Misbehaviour last time, he can go one better this afternoon. Cybele Eria put in a much improved performance to chase home Allegedly Red last time and is very well treated, a repeat performance would see her in the shake up. Meanwhile Ziggy Zen ran well in a better race than this last time following a seller, he should be capable of getting involved against this opposition. Bernadon also has the form to go close here, but on this occasion we will give the vote to Sir Walter.
