Hope's Wishes is on a hat-trick and well worth a try at this higher level after back-to-back wins at Huntingdon and Plumpton. But she only had six lengths to spare over subsequent winner MIDTECH VALENTINE at the former venue last month and Ian Williams' mare is a massive 13lb better off here. She ran well at Uttoxeter on Saturday and might be the one to beat if this doesn't come too soon. Avispa has never fulfilled early potential and keeps finding one too good but Unbuckled has won three of her six career starts so can't be ignored. Grimley Girl is a lot more exposed than her rivals but is still preferred to Shanandoa.
