In depth

Verdict

Tanterari gets the confident vote with Wild Spice and Fluff 'n' Puff rating the main dangers. The selection has improved out of all recognition of late and although he is rising in the weights he won with so much authority last time when beating Beau Supreme last time out he is taken to win again despite his big weight under his optimum conditions. Wild Spice rates the main danger but he has been let down by his jumping of late so can not be put forward with any confidence. However first time blinkers may work the oracle and he is getting plenty of weight from the selection. Fluff 'n' Puff was a fair third behind Pure Platinum last time but he just gave the impression he was in the handicappers grip and for that reason he is opposed. However he may have improved for the switch to Paul Kean's yard. Of the remainder Paddy The Optimist is game and consistent and is sure to run his race but for the winner we return to Tanterari who is taken to continue on the upward curve.
