Sunley Song is the pick over Chess Board, with Girardi and Capitalise ones for the future. Sunley Song duly made a winning start to her new career at Huntingdon last month, disposing of some moderate opposition in the process. The daughter of Fleetwood came late on the scene there, and definitely has more to offer, as that was only her fifth ever outing. The stable won this event 12 months ago with Palace Walk, and although having slightly more to do here, she should be capable of following up. Fontwell winner Chess Board failed to follow up under a penalty at the Sussex track next time, and has to give 7lb to the selection here so looks held, while the market is the only clue to the relative chances of newcomers Girardi and Capitalise. All in all, this is safely left to Sunley Song.
