Verdict

Town Parks is the only course winner among this quartet and it would be no surprise if a return to familiar territory sparked a revival. Night Of Sin won three times last season but fell on his reappearance, though should strip fitter today along with Minella For Me. At Its Own Expense has only had two runs over fences and was placed at Taunton last month, though probably needs some help from the handicapper. ALMAZHAR GARDE is similarly unexposed over the larger obstacles and won in a hack canter at Catterick. More will be needed here off a 10lb higher mark but Charlie Longsdon’s five-year-old should be up to the task.
