Verdict

ALLART fell at the first on his hurdling debut at Kempton but will be fancied to recoup losses here with a clear round. Hunting Percival is probably the danger as he’s a half-brother to three winning hurdlers, though the form of his Wincanton bumper success hasn’t worked out. Java Point was favourite for both bumper starts and has won a point but 2m around here is unlikely to play to his strengths. Perfect Percy is by Presenting out of a winning hurdler so is bred for the job and he was too green to do himself justice in his only start in a bumper.
