Isam Top is a tentative choice, with Gregorian, Seeyaj, Wild Power and Irish Distinction not to be overlooked. Although none of these have been in great form exactly, Isam Top has shown enough to warrant support in the hope that on this occasion he will not find one too good. His second to Captain Hardy at Wincanton last time was a fair enough effort, and although he will no doubt go back over fences before too long, can make the most of what is still a decent mark compared to his best. Gregorian scored here in December and should run well but has to improve a bit at this slightly higher level, while Wild Power and Irish Distinction have been weighted accordingly. Therefore, Seeyaj, nestling further down the handicap, may pose a bigger threat. Jonjo O'Neill's charge has been taking on stronger company of late and the slight drop in grade should help him to reach the frame at least. A small wager on Isam Top is the suggestion.
