Ten of the 15 entries had their last runs over jumps including the classy hurdler PITTONI, whose latest outing was behind Soldatino in the Triumph Hurdle at Cheltenham. No doubt he's using this as a warm-up for the winter game but he had some very useful form on the level before changing careers and looks a cut above these rivals. Acclaimed ran his best race to date when a close second to Impersonator at the Galway Festival and should go well while Nina Carberry can get a tune out of Cloone Rocket, who ran very well behind False Economy on the level here in June. Mr Clyde was making his debut on the flat when a good second to Swiftmarc at Tramore and can get involved along with the consistent four-year-old Belle Chose.
