PERFECT SOLDIER won a Galway maiden over this trip then ran a fine race behind the in-form Not A Bad Oul Day in a rated race at Roscommon. He has plenty of weight but his young rider's claim is a bonus and he can get back on track. Acclamatio went up 11lb for landing a Killarney handicap and couldn't quite cope next time at Galway while Reimagine has failed to deliver so far, though could be better suited by today's conditions. Galtymore has yet to reach a place but is dropping down markedly in trip and the lightly-raced Filudo could have more to offer.
