In depth

Verdict

Grange Walk was a beaten favourite back over hurdles at Clonmel but still finished ahead of the subsequent Punchestown winner Bal De Rio and is unquestionably well treated on his chase form. A number of these are returning from a lay-off including Wouldn't You Agree, Nodoubtaboutthat, Mica Malpic and Weddell Sea but GLAN has had a couple of outings this year to blow away the cobwebs. Gordon Elliott’s mare would be a threat to all on her fourth in last year’s Galway Hurdle with Danny Gilligan’s claim meaning she is effectively 4lb lower than her last winning mark.
