Verdict

ASK VIC made a big impression on her racecourse debut on fast ground at Kilbeggan in September, slamming a field of moderate bumpers in easy fashion. She's related to plenty of winning jumpers and can make a successful start to her new career. Hell Cat Maggie should do best of those with experience over timber as she's been running well in similar company on more testing ground. Conditions should suit her and she should be the one to take advantage if the selection doesn't come up to scratch. Dual point-to-point winner Zipporah has gone well in bumpers though she unseated her rider on her only start over timber and a bigger threat may emerge in the shape of Oneforlill, who followed two narrow bumper defeats with a victory on ground similar to this at Cork.
