The shortlist: Hasty Passion, Bermuda Beauty and Lazzoom; the selection, Hasty Passion. Hasty Passion has shown more than enough in her last three starts, including when meeting trouble in running over today's trip at Brighton last time, to be given all due consideration here. Dropped in grade today, she should feature. Bermuda Beauty is a big danger as she has won a Yarmouth claimer and a Folkestone seller and surely has to be competitive in a modest contest. Having won a seller, at Redcar, the lightly raced Lazzoom also gets a big mention. Turning to the others and Emily's Will has bits of form, while Toffee Treat showed some promise on her debut. Calvera will appreciate this drop in grade and might go well, while it's slightly surprising to see Bosky News, who has already been gelded, debuting in a seller and he is related to a number of winners. Maybe the betting will guide but, overall, the vote goes to Hasty Passion.
